Terms and Conditions

When paying an invoice you agree to the following terms and conditions:

I understand, as the signer/payer, that I am the person responsible for the condition and the prompt return or
delivered item(s) rented
I understand that the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of said event (Deposit range $25
to $150)
I understand if item(s) are dirty, lost, damaged or returned broken, I will be charged for the repair and/or
replacement value of each item(s) rented (value $40 up to $1800)
